Ubaid, in his excitement to celebrate his wicket, punched wicket-keeper Usman Khan, who fell flat on the floor. The punch caught him off guard, and he needed medical attention for some time before he was back to his senses. Out of anxiety, Ubad, instead of doing a regular high-five, landed a punch on Usman's face when he went to celebrate with him.
Meanwhile, despite the best efforts of Billings and Sikandar Raza (50 runs off 27 balls), Qalandars lost the match by 33 runs in the end. It was their second loss in four games. Meanwhile, Multan Sultans started their home leg with a win. They won their first match after three consecutive losses.
